Please take a few minutes to read FEELS' policies if you intend to make an appointment. They are simple, succinct, and benefit everyone involved!
Appointments for photo shoots are finalized and confirmed after the Client/Individual has paid a 50% deposit in accordance with an invoice sent by FEELS to the Client/Individual. That 50% deposit will be applied to the order total.
Appointments will be re-confirmed the morning of the photo shoot, by the photographer, via text message to the Client/Individual.
JOB SITE POLICY
All job sites are assumed to be "shoot ready" and will be photographed in the state they are in when the photographer arrives. Any alterations to be made by the photographer must be conveyed by the Client/Individual to FEELS beforehand.
Exceptions are adjusting shades/blinds, and turning on all lights. These will be done by the photographer to his/her liking and in accordance with FEELS' methodology.
If — due to adjustments made to stagings, or cleaning, done by Client/Individual or homeowner while photographer is working — the photographer has to work beyond the time of day reflected in the invoice provided to Client/Individual, Client/Individual will incur a $75 fee — per additional hour of work needed to finish photographing the property. Photographer reserves the right to end photoshoot regardless of progress, if he/she must depart from property in order to reach another scheduled appointment in a timely fashion.
Any cancellations made by the Client/Individual 24 hours or before a scheduled photo shoot appointment will result in the Client/Individual receiving a 100% refund of their deposit. The Client/Individual may also choose to apply their deposit to rescheduling the appointment.
Any cancellations made by the Client/Individual less than 24 hours before a scheduled photo shoot appointment will result in the Client/Individual forfeiting their deposit. This policy is in place to ensure that FEELS is compensated at least partially for income which could have come from another client booking the same time slot.
IMAGES / VIRTUAL TOURS / SCHEMATIC FLOOR PLAN / DRONE DELIVERY POLICY
FEELS is dedicated to promptly delivering photographic packages directly after work is completed, TYPICALLY NEXT DAY. There are services, not limited to virtually staging, floor plan, and drone, which take longer than a day to be delivered.
Files will be shared via email, through Dropbox links, directly after editing is completed by FEELS. Files are acceptable to use (on MLS and elsewhere) by Client/Individual only AFTER their remaining 50% balance has been paid. Until such time, all images and virtual tours are exclusively usable by FEELS.
FEELS will invoice Client/Individual before and after completion of assignment, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. Client/Individual agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in suspension or termination of the assignment.
Payment will be made to the FEELS via an approved payment card. Venmo, Zelle, and other apps are not accepted.
Client/Individual will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the photography is defective is made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
FEELS promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
CLIENT/INDIVIDUAL WILL REVIEW WORK
Client/Individual promises to review the photographic package, to be reasonably available to FEELS for questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.
POST-PRODUCTION AND EDITING POLICY
FEELS agrees to produce edited photography packages consistent with the style displayed on www.feelsphotoworks.com. Any specific edits required by the Client/Individual after receiving edited work are made possible at he discretion of FEELS, and may require additional payment.
FEELS agrees to address any incidents that occur at the job site resulting in damage to the structure/property. If no such damage is caused during a photoshoot, it is assumed that another party—not FEELS—was at fault.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
The Contract ends after the balance is paid, unless one of the parties ends the contract before that time. If one of the parties chooses to end the Contract prior to Project completion, the Client/Individual is responsible for paying for all work and costs incurred up until that date.
After photography is paid for, the Client/Individual agrees to allow FEELS the right to use photography and virtual tours for use in marketing and promotions, be it online or printed materials.
